Horrible support experience! Avoid at all costs! I spent a significant amount on a car seat that never arrived on time. I reached out through the company’s website and received no reply. After several emails and failed calls, I got a rude response stating my order was cancelled. There was no apology, and I was accused of being aggressive. They mentioned their phone number was on the website if I was 'so desperate' to reach them. Unbelievable. Don’t waste your time or business with them. Edit: I did not threaten any authorities initially; that only came after multiple rude replies from them.
