They don't have a significant invoice day, sometimes it can take 2-3 months, sometimes 20 days. They answered "Ihre SIM-Karte haben wir sofort für Sie gesperrt. Für die Sperrung fallen einmalig 14,95 EUR inkl. MwSt. an." without my consent! Without asking me anything about it! If they find my card and misuse it (which is not very possible), this is also my problem, they cannot charge me for a service I didn't want. I lost my sim card before with O2 (I travel a lot and sometimes need to change my sim card, thus I can lose those tiny bits every now and then) and in O2, there was no charge for blocking, they sent me the new card for free, only if I started using, they would add 10€ extra to my invoice. This company also charges 15€ for the new card.There's something called a "replacement card" only for 15€ and I could only ask for that, saying my sim card is broken. This is their 7th extra charge without notice. And their service is so bad that they shouldn't even exist as a mobile service company!!!
