I purchase my holidays cards from Simply to Impress every Christmas and birth announcements when my daughters were born. Usually it is easy peasy and my orders arrive so quickly. This year I ordered the sm on 11/21 and shipping was supposed to take 3-5 days. It is December 2nd with no cards and no updates or response from Customer Service.
