The cards were beautiful!!! Took a long time to arrive before Christmas but that was mostly due to the USPS. Would recommend using another carrier for Christmas time. The cards were stunning.
The cards came out beautiful. Everything I wanted them to be and they were so easy to make and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I love this website and can’t wait to order more graduation items for June.
Dishonest company. Makes mistakes, provides false dates multiple times of a reprint, doesn’t follow through and then allows a refund, but won’t follow through with sending the prepaid postage label after multiple requests. Of course, I can’t get my refund on the cards until they are returned. They just find ways to keep dragging you along and customer service and quality product are no longer what they are about. Find a different company if you want an accurate order, disputes to be solved in a timely manner and/or need the company to follow through with what they say, they will do.
Outstanding quality and service! I was thrilled with how simple it was to use the platform to order "new home" cards and envelopes. They came in beautiful packaging and were delivered within just a few days. Thank you very much; I am confident we will make more purchases for future events. While the packaging was stunning, I was extremely dissatisfied with the cards I received. Firstly, I overlooked the fact that the cards were quite small; I'm used to ordering from other providers where the standard size is 5x7. Secondly, the template's five photos appeared too small and blurry, making it difficult to see the faces clearly. I attempted to reach out via email, chat, and phone, but received no response, even after Christmas. Consequently, I didn't send out cards this year and will be looking for another vendor for the new year. I feel like my $65 was wasted. I had hoped for a response before leaving a review, but customer service was nonexistent here. I'm very disappointed.
For several years, I have been ordering Holiday Cards from a certain service, and I couldn't be happier with their pricing and offerings! It's fantastic that they not only print the cards but also address, stamp, and mail them at a reasonable cost! I've explored other options, but nothing measures up. Highly recommend!
I have previously used other services for my Christmas cards and decided to try something new this year. The website was user-friendly and the tools made the process straightforward. The final proof looked impressive, and I received the cards within a week. While the paper quality and layout were excellent, the pictures on the card came out grainy and lacked clarity. I felt a bit let down, especially since I was pressed for time to send them out. I'm uncertain if I would choose this service again, as I'm not convinced the overall experience justified the extra cost.
