The envelopes were not properly centered with the rectangle border. Only about half had the return address printed, and two-thirds were upside down. It took ten days to receive the initial order, and I spent thirty minutes resolving the issues. On a positive note, I did receive a refund, and they are prioritizing the printing and shipping of the replacement.
