My order was incomplete, missing half the addressed envelopes I had paid for. Additionally, I opted for expedited shipping on the entire order. When I reached out to the company for assistance, it took over 30 minutes and involved an AI chatbot along with two human representatives (one via email and one through chat) to resolve the issue. The reprinted envelopes will take another week to arrive, which means our friends and family will receive their cards after Christmas. The quality of the cards was also disappointing. I did not receive a refund for the original expedited shipping cost or any compensation for the inconvenience. I will not be ordering from this service again.
