While the packaging was stunning, I was extremely dissatisfied with the cards I received. Firstly, I overlooked the fact that the cards were quite small; I'm used to ordering from other providers where the standard size is 5x7. Secondly, the template's five photos appeared too small and blurry, making it difficult to see the faces clearly. I attempted to reach out via email, chat, and phone, but received no response, even after Christmas. Consequently, I didn't send out cards this year and will be looking for another vendor for the new year. I feel like my $65 was wasted. I had hoped for a response before leaving a review, but customer service was nonexistent here. I'm very disappointed.
