Dishonest company. Makes mistakes, provides false dates multiple times of a reprint, doesn’t follow through and then allows a refund, but won’t follow through with sending the prepaid postage label after multiple requests. Of course, I can’t get my refund on the cards until they are returned. They just find ways to keep dragging you along and customer service and quality product are no longer what they are about. Find a different company if you want an accurate order, disputes to be solved in a timely manner and/or need the company to follow through with what they say, they will do.
