⭐ 1 Star – Highly Unprofessional & Misleading ServiceAbsolutely terrible experience with Simply Trip. This company makes false promises and delivers the complete opposite.We booked a vehicle for Pune–Mahabaleshwar, but no vehicle was provided as committed. After constant follow-ups, they sent a Tempo Traveller only at 4 PM — ruining our entire day.The vehicle was in pathetic condition:* Falsely claimed as a 2024 model (it was clearly 10+ years old)* No pushback seats as promised* Dirty and poorly maintained* Extremely bad suspension — unsafe and uncomfortableThe worst part was their unethical behavior. Even though the agreed terms were 50% advance and balance at the end of the trip, they stopped the vehicle midway and threatened not to continue unless full payment was made immediately.This company operates through unreliable agents and has zero control over service quality. Customers end up being harassed and forced into unfair situations.Avoid Simply Trip at all costs. Completely unreliable, misleading, and unprofessional.
