I have booked Tempo Travellers in multiple locations in India & have utilized multiple service providers. I must say, SimplyTrip's approach has been the best with respect to customer service, selecting the right tempo traveller & their entire process.
I didn't have to take any effort after making the booking, which was quite surprising in usual group travel arrangements.

SimplyTrip's Customer support was very responsive. They picked up calls, gave proper updates, and didn’t make things complicated. Felt good that someone was actually tracking the trip.Right from the moment I asked my first question, the customer support team replied quickly and clearly without giving incomplete answers or making me wait too long. Even during the trip, customer support checked in at the right moments just to ensure things were smooth, which honestly gave me confidence that if something went wrong, someone would actually pick up the call and help. Customer support didn’t make excuses, didn’t ignore messages, and didn’t delay resolutions.

Went for a 1 day trip to Lonawale with simplytrip. The traveler they provided was really comfortable and spacious. Driver was very well trained and helped us throughout the trip. Service was done as promised. Highly recommended.
We booked a 13 seater tempo traveller for our native festival at Satara and the experience was quite good and comfortable. The booking process was smooth and the customer support team was quite exceptional. The driver was professional and supportive throughout our journey. We also received a brand new 2025 vehicle which was promised at a good price as compared to market. Overall a superb experience and looking forward to more trips with them.
I booked a “20 Seater AC Prime Executive Traveller - 2023-2024 Model” for my Sister’s wedding in Karjat and the experience was amazing….
