Extremely Disappointing Experience – Misleading Service & Poor ProfessionalismI cannot recommend this service based on our recent trip from Delhi to Mussoorie. We faced several major issues that ruined the experience:Vehicle Downgrade: We paid for a premium category Tempo Traveller but were provided with a basic, modified version. It lacked the music system that was a mandatory precondition for our booking.Hidden Costs: While we were told there would be no charge up to 600km, this was conveniently left out of the confirmation letter, leading to unexpected charges of ₹26/km later.Unprofessional Staff: Our driver was extremely hot-headed and actually stopped the vehicle mid-trip, refusing to proceed until extra money was paid.Zero Accountability: After the booking was made, Mr. Yogesh stopped answering calls. Despite subsequent promises of a refund for the overcharges and a formal apology, we have received nothing.Verdict: Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere. The lack of transparency and poor "after-sales" service is unacceptable.
