If I had a chance to give negative stars, probably that would be it. We hired Simplytrip for 2 days for our housewarming ceremony in Mumbai and they charged a bomb for it.1. The Driver (who seemed to be owner too), refused to come to station and put the traveller far away. He categorically asked only 16 people can sit in and one of our guests had to get down2. To make matters worse, he refused to put the luggage in his traveller and we had to book another 2 vehicles from porter to get the luggage to hotel3. Before reaching to our hotel, he said he need to fill the diesel (morning 10 AM) and asked us to give him payment, else he will not move. He simply refused to listen and started fighting with us. Only after having an intervention, he dropped us to hotel.4. The driver and the agency has no communication or any shared responsibilities. It is totally waste of money and face in front of our guests.Dont even go for them. All they do is take margins in the middle and leave the driver and customer to deal with each other.
