Impressive resolution to a delivery issue with a service provider. The first charger was not delivered and was later found damaged several miles away. The support team quickly sent a courier to retrieve the damaged item and dispatched a replacement immediately, which unfortunately got lost in the carrier's warehouse. They then sent a third unit through a different service, which arrived safely. Communication was excellent throughout this challenging situation.
