Outstanding Response to Delivery Issues

Outstanding response to a delivery issue. The initial charger was not delivered and was later found damaged in a hedge. The support team quickly arranged for a courier to collect the damaged item and sent a replacement, which unfortunately got lost in the carrier's warehouse. They then dispatched a third unit through a different service, which arrived without issue. Communication was excellent throughout this challenging situation.

Numerous Problems and Unsatisfactory Support

Our EV charger was installed last week, but from the beginning, its functionality was inconsistent and limited. It could only perform basic charging, requiring unplugging to stop charging. The installer faced difficulties reaching the support team by phone. After promises of follow-up calls for remote testing, no one contacted us for two days. When I finally connected with someone, he unfairly blamed the installer. The support was unhelpful and barely polite. The installer returned to check the issue claimed by support, which he hadn’t caused. Although the smart charging now works, there are still faults in the app giving incorrect readings. I cannot recommend this service and doubt I would purchase from them again.

Helpful Support for Charging Issues

I had an issue with what I thought was my faulty charger, so I reached out to the support team. They were very accommodating and helpful, and it turned out that the problem was with my charging cable. After replacing the cable, the issue was resolved! Frustrating Delivery Experience

I must say I’ve not had the best experience during what should have been a straightforward transaction. I was informed the charger would take 7-10 business days for delivery, but later received an email stating a specific delivery date, which came and went. I was then told there were customs issues causing further delays. After several missed dates and 20 days since my purchase, I reluctantly canceled the order, as this process should not have been this difficult. The refund was smooth, hence the three stars; otherwise, it would have been lower. It’s a shame the ordering and delivery couldn’t have matched that efficiency.
