I must say I’ve not had the best experience during what should have been a straightforward transaction. I was informed the charger would take 7-10 business days for delivery, but later received an email stating a specific delivery date, which came and went. I was then told there were customs issues causing further delays. After several missed dates and 20 days since my purchase, I reluctantly canceled the order, as this process should not have been this difficult. The refund was smooth, hence the three stars; otherwise, it would have been lower. It’s a shame the ordering and delivery couldn’t have matched that efficiency.
