I had an extremely disappointing experience. The representative has been trying to finalize her trust fund since August 2025, but the solicitor has not responded to any calls, nor has the manager. Promises were made, but no follow-up occurred. The delays have caused significant distress, and my friend has had to borrow money for a funeral due to the lack of support. This service has been nothing short of horrendous.
