I received my order this morning, which included a pair of Apistogramma, an L134 Pleco, and 10 tetras. The fish arrived in a clean, insulated box with heat packs, and the water temperature was 18°C, which is impressive for December. None of the fish were DOA or stressed, so I’m very pleased with the care taken in packaging. I had a conversation with a representative to confirm and adjust some details, and he was helpful and friendly. The fish quality looks great, the tetras are a decent size, and the pleco is stunning. I’m excited to see the Apistos once they color up. Very happy customer and I will return for more fish in the future. Thank you!
