If I could put no stars I would. I travelled from Sydney to the Maldives with surfboards. Upon opening my board bag (which was ripped and torn) I found one of my boards to have extensive damage. I wrote to the airline and was originally told that it was their fault. Then I received an email absolving themselves of any blame. I have heard that Singapore airlines use subcontracting baggage handlers now to keep their profits high and that bags are getting regularly damaged. Very Disappointing!!
