Singapore airlons lose your luggage and ate probably the 1 of the worst airlines in the world to deal with You use.their grossly useless.incompetent team.on their live chat who just lied to you and can't be bothered looking into any issues.Here i am 48 hours after they lost my bags they've located them 24 hours ago and the hotel i'm staying at is 40 minutes drive away and they still just make excuses we're looking into it and someone will contact you as soon as we can deliver the luggage. No one ever contacts you no one cares and i just give you copy paste to dance as when you reconnect with them saying we are looking to say where you luggages even though i have confirmation by email they have located itThis is another classic example of grossly inept unacceptable customer service.I would rate singapore airlines zero out of 100 when it comes to dealing with your lost luggage
