I bought a ZTE8050 Blade V50 Design (black) phone. From Singer Plus Negombo branch. Initially the fingerprint worked for a few months but now, the fingerprint doesn't work either.. The Power On/off button also overheats. It gets incredibly hot... At least to the point where you can't even touch it.. I don't recommend anyone to buy ZTE phones (especially not from Singer dealers.. After service is the last resort)..

2. Camera quality Null
3. Hardware cases Like fingerprint lost and overheating.

When I called Singer service centre (Gampaha & head office ) they said that the phone is very old and they don't bring spare parts anymore. However,

3. Called for repair on 2023-04-08 and today (2026-04-17)
My phone is
2 years, 4 months and 16 days old from the date of purchase
(Then is this very old? Why do they call it very old? Singer does not have spare parts and does not import them. But the fault lies with us, the consumers. Is this method followed by Singer fair?.. That is why you should not buy a phone from Singer.)
