Terrible experience with Singer Customer Service. I placed a Purifier water and paid 26.000 rupees on January 9th, but the delivery was already delayed beyond the promised timeframe—I only received it on January 17th. Then, I requested a return on January 18th because the product did not produce clean water, and they approved my request. They assured me that someone would collect the package before January 25th.Now, long past the deadline, despite multiple follow-up emails, they keep making empty promises but take no action.What’s worse, I can’t help but feel that I’m being treated unfairly just because I am a foreign customer. They have been holding my money for far too long without resolving the issue, while continuously ignoring my repeated requests. This level of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.I strongly advise anyone—especially international customers—to avoid this company. If you value your time and money, do not buy from them!
