After two weeks of going back and forth, I decided to stop asking for an exchange and just wanted my money back. They kept saying they were moving warehouses, which was causing delays, but after reading more reviews, it was clear they’ve been using that excuse for years. After three weeks of empty apologies and no acknowledgment of my package, I threatened to report them for fraud. Suddenly, my refund was processed in just two days. I will not be using their service again; it was a truly disappointing experience.
