Review Time
I really hoped the negative reviews about scams wouldn’t be my experience, especially since they had a decent overall rating on a review platform. Unfortunately, after ordering a coat, it arrived with strange black marks. When I requested a refund, they provided a returns label (which is unusual as they typically charge for returns), but it took a month to receive my refund. After two weeks of back-and-forth, I decided to stop asking for an exchange and just wanted my money back. They claimed they were moving warehouses, causing delays, but after reading more reviews, it was clear they’ve been using that excuse for years. After three weeks of empty apologies and no acknowledgment of my package, I threatened to report them for fraud. Suddenly, my refund was processed in just two days. I will definitely not be using their service again; it was a terrible experience.

Some items were missing from my order, and it’s been well over 2-3 weeks with no resolution. My parcel arrived damaged, and I still haven’t received replacements or refunds. The customer service is unresponsive, and when they do reply, it’s always the same automated messages, followed by requests for more time to investigate! How can it take 3 weeks? I want my money back for my damaged order and missing items, along with compensation for the time I’ve wasted chasing this up with little response. The customer service is inadequate, limited to email contact only, with no phone number available.
They sent me the wrong item, and when I asked for a free returns label, they first offered me a partial refund to keep the item. I explained I wanted to return it for a full refund, which they received two days after I returned it, but they only refunded me for the initial postage. I had to initiate a chargeback with my bank to get the full amount back; it was an inconvenience from start to finish. I won’t be ordering again.
I bought two jumpsuits for a special occasion. One arrived with a rip in the seam, and I didn’t like the other. When I requested to return them, I got a poor response. They offered me a £6 refund to keep the damaged item, but I paid over £35 for these! The occasion has passed, and I’m left with two jumpsuits I don’t like, one of which is faulty, and no refund!
