Please dont use this company. If we can get enough people to abandon this shocking excuse for a telcoms company, it may, just may, force them to change their ways. Im just another number here. One of thousands of poorly treated customers. I had done everything right, i let Singtel know i was moving house a month in advance, the singtel "technician" comes out and checks the line. And says its good. I move in 2 days later to no service, and have been told i have to wait for another week. This is unacceptible. Singtel need to be struck off. Useless company and even worse customer service.
