I made a purchase from the company in 2017 without any issues, but my recent order for sheets in September 2025 has yet to arrive. Initially, I was told they would be shipped in October. After contacting the support team, they promised delivery by the end of November, but that didn’t happen. A follow-up pushed the date to the end of December, and still, no shipment. I emailed on January 1st, and they finally replied on January 2nd, stating they might ship by the end of January or early February. This company really needs to improve its processes. Six months is far too long to wait, especially with so many broken promises.
