But if I’m spending some dollars, don’t you think it’s professional and incredibly responsible to inform me what I’ve ordered is actually on back order? If I didn’t email them to ask about my order, they would have never said anything! Now, the best response I’ve received is “the order SHOULD be shipping towards the end of February “
To be clear, I have not received my order yet! Even SHEIN keeps me more updated than this extravagant, luxurious bedding site.

Waiting six months for an order with so many broken promises is unacceptable.

After returning my items in perfect condition, I was informed I wouldn’t get a full refund due to shipping costs not being refunded. This information is not disclosed anywhere! I plan to dispute the charge and consider legal action. It's disappointing to think I was supporting a small business, only to discover their questionable practices.
The customer service I received was exceptional. I got an item that had a premature issue, with the fringe coming off and a problem with the zipper on one pillow. When I contacted them, they sent not just one but two new pillows. Everything was handled quickly, and I absolutely love my comforter and pillows.
The seller misrepresents the return policy and refused to provide a return label. Their website states that if you aren’t satisfied, you can contact customer support within 30 days for returns without any costs, but that’s not true! When I asked for a return label, I was told they only provide them for defective items, which contradicts their stated policy. After several exchanges, I’m done and contesting the charges.
