I was thrilled to finally buy from this company after years of admiration, but now I regret it and will share my negative experience. Their FAQ states no return fees, yet when I wanted to return my items due to a poor fit, I was told I had to pay for shipping myself. This was not made clear on their website. After returning my items in perfect condition, I was informed I wouldn’t get a full refund due to shipping costs not being refunded. This information is not disclosed anywhere! I plan to dispute the charge and consider legal action. It's disappointing to think I was supporting a small business, only to discover their questionable practices.
