The seller misrepresents the return policy and refused to provide a return label. Their website states that if you aren’t satisfied, you can contact customer support within 30 days for returns without any costs, but that’s not true! When I asked for a return label, I was told they only provide them for defective items, which contradicts their stated policy. After several exchanges, I’m done and contesting the charges.
