I previously had a good experience ordering, but my latest order for sheets in September 2025 has been incredibly frustrating. They were initially set to arrive in October, but after contacting customer support, I was told to expect them by the end of November, which did not happen. A follow-up pushed the date to the end of December, yet nothing has shipped. I emailed on January 1st, and they finally responded on January 2nd, stating they might ship by the end of January or early February. This service needs significant improvement. Waiting six months for an order with so many broken promises is unacceptable.
