I wanted to send a suitcase from France to Spain. I made an order, payed and waited for the local company to come collect the suitcase. Except that they never came. I waited for 3 full days, had to organise work consequently. My pickup was scheduled and rescheduled several times, I spent hours on the phone with both Sinmaletas and Fedex (the company they outsourced in France for the service). I'm now waiting for my refund. I might get the money back but the energy and efforts were completely wasted. Their terms and conditions do state that the date is estimated but then they ask you to be home on a particular day, then another... And everytime they confirm that they are going to come for sure. If they don't come, you don't hear from them. You have to spend hours on the phone to reschedule. Sinmaletas tells you something and, when you speak with the local company, they tell you something else. This company is not to be trusted unless you have time to spare and you are planning to stay at home for a full week
