The imporant thing is that everything made it in the end. SinMaletas didn't provide enough info about how to complete the insurance and customs forms until after we already spent a lot of time doing them wrong, and then had to spend even more time doing them right.
They just sent my stuff via FEDEX and I had to talk to FEDEX people when my packages were stuck in customs, while I thought they should've done that. One suitcase with a wheel nearly broken off (that would be FEDEX's fault).

Except that on the agreed date, the collection of 3 luggage items did not go through, I called and emailed to arrange the following day, and after that, everything went well. Luggage arrived in Cyprus even few days earlier than was promised. I have wrapped in food plastic, placed a label on the front side of the luggage in transparent plastic that you normally put documents, to protect against wet or losing it, used duct tape on the sides to fasten, and on the back side of the luggage, I printed in big letters my delivery address again and mobile number because on label letters were quiete small. I have placed the address first on the luggage and then wrapped food plastic all over the suitcase. This way delivery driver could see my mobile number more easily, he called, and we could arrange delivery.
