Una was a delight. She was careful to explain every step so that I could do what needed to be done. She is a great encourager and knew how to make me feel at ease, Although I have had blood tests in the past, this is the first time for a self administered one. She probably followed a script, but her reactions to me felt personal and even spontaneous. At one point in the process, I disconnected the call by pressing the wrong icon. Happily, when I tried to rejoin the call, she was waiting for me! She double checked the materials I had laid out to make sure I was on track with the requirements. The experience was a success.
