I am blown away by the details of lab results. It does not only provide the markers, but also explanation as to possible reasons for high or low numbers. Drawing blood was very easy as well and entire process was within estimated timing. I had some minor difficulties with updates on the site, but customer support was fast with response and action.

I had an excellent experience with the service overall, and the results closely matched my recent in-lab blood work, which gave me confidence in the accuracy and usefulness of the testing. Although my initial kit took a bit longer to arrive than I anticipated, I was pleased that I was only billed for the kit I actually received — no duplicate or premature charges. After I collected and sent in my sample, the turnaround time was impressively quick. I gathered my sample on January 12th and received my results within 5–7 business days (actually before the end of that same week) as promised. The at-home collection process was straightforward, and the app was clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate once everything was completed. I particularly appreciated how clearly the results were presented and how helpful it was to see trends and context regarding the markers tested. The only point of confusion I encountered was during the initial registration. The materials mentioned a “call,” which I assumed was a one-on-one or telehealth-style walkthrough. In reality, it was an online guided walkthrough using the same pages and visuals found in the kit, along with a short video. I also didn’t realize that sample collection was expected to happen simultaneously with registration/walkthrough, which led to an unintended delay in my collection. That said, once I understood the process, everything went smoothly, and I was genuinely impressed with the overall quality, clarity, and results. With slightly clearer upfront language regarding registration and timing expectations, the experience would be nearly flawless. I would definitely recommend the service to anyone seeking convenient, at-home health tracking supported by real lab testing. As someone who values data accuracy and clear processes, I appreciated the transparency of the results and the overall testing workflow.
There have been significant delays, lost kits, and a lack of follow-up from the service regarding these issues. I understand the challenges, particularly now with serving Canadian customers as a US-based entity, but I would have expected these regulatory and logistical problems to be resolved before accepting customers' payments. The online and app-based tools are quite good, and the testing results I did receive appear to be favorable compared to traditional lab tests in Canada. However, the core issue lies in the fundamental process of delivering tests to customers and returning them to the lab. This has been a disappointing experience from a promising startup that I had high hopes for. I truly wish I could provide a more favorable review.
The technician answered the call incredibly quickly, which was a pleasant surprise and set a positive tone right from the start. She was very patient and guided me through the entire process. The experience was comparable to using a continuous glucose monitor, which made me very happy. She remained present for all three vial collections, and I never felt rushed. It was an exceptionally smooth process. I highly recommend this service!

Una was a delight. She was careful to explain every step so that I could do what needed to be done. She is a great encourager and knew how to make me feel at ease, Although I have had blood tests in the past, this is the first time for a self administered one. She probably followed a script, but her reactions to me felt personal and even spontaneous. At one point in the process, I disconnected the call by pressing the wrong icon. Happily, when I tried to rejoin the call, she was waiting for me! She double checked the materials I had laid out to make sure I was on track with the requirements. The experience was a success.
