There have been significant delays, lost kits, and a lack of follow-up from the service regarding these issues. I understand the challenges, particularly now with serving Canadian customers as a US-based entity, but I would have expected these regulatory and logistical problems to be resolved before accepting customers' payments. The online and app-based tools are quite good, and the testing results I did receive appear to be favorable compared to traditional lab tests in Canada. However, the core issue lies in the fundamental process of delivering tests to customers and returning them to the lab. This has been a disappointing experience from a promising startup that I had high hopes for. I truly wish I could provide a more favorable review.
