I gathered my sample on January 12th and received my results within 5–7 business days (actually before the end of that same week) as promised. The at-home collection process was straightforward, and the app was clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate once everything was completed. I particularly appreciated how clearly the results were presented and how helpful it was to see trends and context regarding the markers tested. The only point of confusion I encountered was during the initial registration. The materials mentioned a “call,” which I assumed was a one-on-one or telehealth-style walkthrough. In reality, it was an online guided walkthrough using the same pages and visuals found in the kit, along with a short video. I also didn’t realize that sample collection was expected to happen simultaneously with registration/walkthrough, which led to an unintended delay in my collection. That said, once I understood the process, everything went smoothly, and I was genuinely impressed with the overall quality, clarity, and results. With slightly clearer upfront language regarding registration and timing expectations, the experience would be nearly flawless. I would definitely recommend the service to anyone seeking convenient, at-home health tracking supported by real lab testing. As someone who values data accuracy and clear processes, I appreciated the transparency of the results and the overall testing workflow.
