Upon noticing that the wrong address was entered for my order, I quickly emailed the company to request a cancellation. I also placed a new order with the correct address. The support team replied, assuring me they would check the shipping status and attempt to cancel my order. Unfortunately, that did not occur, as I received the order I wished to cancel, while the one that needed to be shipped lacks any shipping details. The service has been incredibly disappointing. Poor communication and a failure to understand customer needs are significant drawbacks for this company. I strongly recommend making improvements, as I will not be returning.
