For clarity on our process, please note that while our shipping protection covers various types of transit issues, full refunds and replacements are determined on a case-by-case basis and are typically reserved for items that arrive completely broken or are otherwise rendered unconsumable.
After evaluating the specific instance of your delivery, we have determined that because the integrity of the liquid remains intact and the bottle is safe to consume, it does not qualify for a full exchange. We do, however, want to acknowledge the cosmetic imperfections, which is why we have authorized the credit mentioned above.

I ordered a pricey bottle as a Christmas gift for a client. While the packaging was secure, the cap was scratched and slightly bent, causing it to leak and the packaging to smell of whiskey. When I reached out for a replacement or refund, the support team stated that since the cap was technically still sealed, they wouldn’t process an exchange or return. Now, I’m left with a gift that I can’t present, and I had to buy another bottle from a store. No one in my family drinks whiskey either. This has been a frustrating experience, and I won’t be ordering from this company again, and I advise others to think twice as well!
The service is inefficient and creates major challenges for customer support. I ordered a specific product, but received the wrong item instead. I reached out to the company with a photo, hoping they would quickly send me the correct one. However, I received no response. After following up, they informed me that I would need to return the incorrect item before they would process my order, which would take weeks. Given their slow response, I estimate it could take at least three weeks to resolve, and there's a chance I could receive the wrong item again. Reliable companies would acknowledge their mistakes and work to resolve issues promptly, but this service seems distrustful of customers and takes an excessive amount of time. It's frustrating to deal with such unaccountable online businesses, so I decided to let it go.
I ordered a bottle as a gift on 12/19/25 and opted for 2-day shipping, reassured by the company's website and emails that orders placed before 12/22/25 would arrive by Christmas with this shipping option. However, as of 10 PM on 12/24/25, I still haven't received the bottle and have not even gotten any confirmation of shipment! I reached out to the support team but haven't heard anything back.
The process is frustrating and relies on aggressive upselling, with no option to make changes just after placing an order that couldn’t even be reviewed! This is not a service I can endorse, and I will inform others about these practices.
Upon noticing that the wrong address was entered for my order, I quickly emailed the company to request a cancellation. I also placed a new order with the correct address. The support team replied, assuring me they would check the shipping status and attempt to cancel my order. Unfortunately, that did not occur, as I received the order I wished to cancel, while the one that needed to be shipped lacks any shipping details. The service has been incredibly disappointing. Poor communication and a failure to understand customer needs are significant drawbacks for this company. I strongly recommend making improvements, as I will not be returning. Best of luck moving forward.
