I ordered a pricey bottle as a Christmas gift for a client. While the packaging was secure, the cap was scratched and slightly bent, causing it to leak and the packaging to smell of whiskey. When I reached out for a replacement or refund, the support team stated that since the cap was technically still sealed, they wouldn’t process an exchange or return. Now, I’m left with a gift that I can’t present, and I had to buy another bottle from a store. No one in my family drinks whiskey either. This has been a frustrating experience, and I won’t be ordering from this company again, and I advise others to think twice as well!
