For clarity on our process, please note that while our shipping protection covers various types of transit issues, full refunds and replacements are determined on a case-by-case basis and are typically reserved for items that arrive completely broken or are otherwise rendered unconsumable.

After evaluating the specific instance of your delivery, we have determined that because the integrity of the liquid remains intact and the bottle is safe to consume, it does not qualify for a full exchange.
