Total scam. Not a terrible pan but they are not at all non stick, more like stainless steel. I bought 2 and they refused to refund the first because it had been used. I tried to return the second and they offered a full refund but the return postage had to be through them and the cost was higher than the refund. They will say they offered me a full refund which is true but they have made the process too costly to make this realistic. They will also say they offered advice on correct use which is also true but makes little to no difference. If you want a non stick pan do not buy this
