This brand really blew me away! I started with the titanium crepe maker and the quality is amazing. It’s a total game-changer for healthy cooking because nothing sticks to it, even without oil. It cooks everything so evenly! I’m so happy with it that I already bought the classic frying pan to complete my set. If you're looking for quality and health-conscious cookware, this is it!
SiraatsKitchen was easy to work with when ordering my non-toxic, titanium skillets. I reached out to customer service when only one pan arrived and received fast, friendly service and explanation. My second pan arrived in 2 days from the first one. I haven't cooked on them yet, but the design is beautiful and unique. They are incredibly light weight and oven safe.
I bought a set on Nov 4th and I Haven't received it yet despite all my emails and messages. They tell me they are sorry and then send an email to say my purchase is in its way. What a SCAM
The pan was a gift to us, so we had no idea about the product. Instructions were easy to follow, though compared to our other pans, it did take a few times to get used to the different temperatures for cooking. Otherwise I'm very happy with how it works and how easy it is to keep clean. I like that the pan feels lighter compared to other pans. We then ordered a lid and that came through super fast.
I had a fantastic experience with the support team. The representative was courteous, well-informed, and truly enthusiastic about assisting me. My issue was addressed swiftly and clearly, making me feel appreciated as a customer throughout the whole interaction. Overall, outstanding service.
Received a pan with rivets improperly pressed, resulting in a handle that had 1" of movement. The cutting board was also bent. I reached out to the support team, and 24 hours later, they requested images. After sending the images, they asked for more. Another 24 hours went by before they finally offered an exchange for both items or a partial refund due to the damage. This is how we received them! What happened to the 100-day refund guarantee? I'm now filing a dispute with my bank to reverse the charges and will return the items.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this pan and the support provided. After using the pan twice, it has proven to be NOT nonstick! I'm attempting to return it for a refund, but they claim it's not guaranteed due to overuse?? I'm hoping to share images, but don't be misled by this! It feels like a complete scam from my perspective. I've reached out to them again and will update if there’s any progress. I have adhered to all instructions meticulously. I wish I could share photos. Such a letdown. ☹️
This company has been fantastic to work with. I manage bipolar disorder, and during the holiday season, I overspent on things I couldn't really afford. They were incredibly understanding of my situation. They provided a return label, but my local post office was difficult and unhelpful. They ignored the label that was meant for internal use, and the postmaster even suggested I go to the library! The company continued to send the label, but without a printer at home, I found myself in a bind. However, the wonderful company issued a refund regardless and allowed me to keep the item. I'm truly impressed and grateful. Excited to use it!
I placed an order on December 27th. After reading various reviews, I decided to change my mind. I contacted the company just 2 hours after making the purchase and was informed that it was too late to cancel. I followed up, referencing the 14-day cooling-off period, but my message was ignored. Once the package arrived, I attempted to return it unopened, as it was still in its original condition. I received an email directing me to the returns portal, but the portal did not recognize my order. I'm stuck and unable to return the item, nor can I obtain a return address. Overall, very poor service. Be cautious.
