I recently completed my mortgage application and I want to highlight the great work done by Simon, Jack and the team.
Simon, my mortgage broker, made the process straightforward and was clear, helpful and easy to reach throughout the process.
A special mention also goes to Jack, who oversaw the application through to completion. His involvement made a noticeable difference. He liaised with lenders and solicitors on my behalf to keep outstanding tasks progressing. Whenever any issues cropped up — which they inevitably do in these kinds of applications — his knowledge and proactive attitude meant everything was dealt with quickly.
His communication was consistently excellent, keeping me updated at each stage and letting me know promptly whenever I needed to provide something. I'm certain that without Jack's persistence and attention to detail, the application would have taken much longer.
Overall, I'm really pleased with the service I received, and I’d happily recommend the team to anyone going through a mortgage application.
