Holy mackerel, they make it SO difficult to cancel a subscription! Similar to other reviews, they use these incessant tactics to try and get you to not cancel and will compel you to call or chat with a rep. At least my rep was very friendly, and I am sure forced to go through a script where I literally had to type "Please cancel my plan" four times in response to each of their 'wait but stay' pricing. Then they keep you on the chat waiting for the confirmation number regarding cancellation and hope that you disconnect so that they do not have to complete the cancelation. It was a crazy experience to try and get them to stop the auto renewal and cancel my subscription.
This is not good business SiriusXM, and makes it real easy for your long term customers to never want to do business with you again.
