I placed an order two weeks ago. Less than 5minutes passed (which I screenshotted for proof) I realised I had chose the wrong size. I cancelled the order In which a pop up asked would I like to be refunded to my card or the siroko wallet, I clicked card. 3 weeks have passed now. 3 emails have been sent asking where my refund is? No reply to any of them. Nowhere on the menu is a siroko wallet even shown in case it had been sent there. I even had a look at buying something else and seeing if I had an option for “credit” but no only want bank cards. If the order was being processed or had been shipped I could understand a delay in refund but the order hadn’t even been processed. Terrible business Avoid.
