Review Time
I am very disappointed with my order. I purchased the W3 Rush jacket and P1 Sakha pants because they were displayed on the website as black and white. However, the items I received are in a blue color, which is completely different from what was advertised.
This is not what I ordered, and it does not match the product presentation online.
I brought a pair of Bib snowboarding trousers on the very first day the zip had two teeth missing, unfortunately as on holiday had no alternative so had to continue to use, by day two the stitching had completely split on the inner seam. When escalated to customer service had very poor response saying it was wear and tear of daily use! For the purpose and price of these trousers I am incredibly disappointed but even more disgusted at customer service who have refused refund or replacement and only offered £25 store credit or £18 to be reimbursed to my account. I will never be using Siroko again so store credit is a waste of time -Siroko needs training on how to deal with customer complaints and perhaps they would not get such poor reviews . Avoid this company at all cost.
UPDATE: After contacting Siroko, they agreed to ship me a new bibshort at no expense. A big thanks to them for doing this. Their bibshort is extremely cheap and I've ripped in the exact same spot on 2 bibshort that had less than a dozen ride. Customer support offered 15 euro credit the first time, saying it was due to usage which is ridiculous as some rubbing on the inner leg should be expected. Waiting to hear from them on my second bibshort that ripped. Hopefully I get offered something better than insignificant credit, especially that their prices are now significantly more than before.
Poor quality Snowboard Bibs/pants, inseam junction failed after a 7 days of use while using a button lift. Customer support is even worse, asking you for pictures to conclude that your first support message contained enough information to tell you to get lost. They're clearly following a script that is meant to wear down customers, not help.
I was satisfied with the products and services of SIROKO company.My delivered jersey was with damaged zipper, nevertheless replacement was handled quickly and professionally free replacement without any issues.Excellent approach.I could only recommend this brand to other customers.
Bad costumer service Got a pair of BIBS as a Christmas present. The product has a production malfunction - but now they will not help me. Even though I have provided them the ordernumber, the invoice and every detail. “I HAVE to write from the original e-mail due to data Protection” …. Then you are the only company in the world, who handle it like this. How do you think every other company is handling Christmas presents??? As long as I can provide the actual product. The invoice AND every detail. Then it is within law. Hopeless…UPDATE: I have tried to follow the link and I got an answer via e-mail. Now I am awaiting the process again.
I placed an order two weeks ago. Less than 5minutes passed (which I screenshotted for proof) I realised I had chose the wrong size. I cancelled the order In which a pop up asked would I like to be refunded to my card or the siroko wallet, I clicked card. 3 weeks have passed now. 3 emails have been sent asking where my refund is? No reply to any of them. Nowhere on the menu is a siroko wallet even shown in case it had been sent there. I even had a look at buying something else and seeing if I had an option for “credit” but no only want bank cards. If the order was being processed or had been shipped I could understand a delay in refund but the order hadn’t even been processed. Terrible business Avoid.
Customer service completely useless, tried to order something that was on web site at 14.95 on checkout this was 24.95, needed me to screen shot this to prove, loads of emails backwards & forwards and 7 days later, apologies from them, this was an error item was 14.95 but no further forward, now too late to order and receive on time. Complete shambles of a company.
