My entire experience has been awful with Sirva! The core problem is how the movers arrived hours late on the delivery date, because it was late the movers did not want to unpack, which now leads to the insurance company refusing to pay the many damaged items.I mentioned to the movers that I needed it to get unpacked to get my insurance, they said it was going to be okay and that he wrote a note about it on the paper I was supposed to sign. I was stupid and signed because I believed him.I filed for the insurance because many items were poorly packed and even shattered into pieces. They refused to pay saying that I chose to unpack myself and lost the insurance. Did I mention that the movers tried to charge me for over time, even tho it's their fault they arrived late?That's without mentioning that they over charged us, and didn't even gave me a proper explanation of what I had to pay. It's basically keeping your stuff hostage until you pay any amount they say.Very awful company, I wish I could sue them for the emotional damage they caused me x.x
