I've been purchasing from this company for a year, and initially, I was impressed. However, now they struggle to fulfill orders in a timely manner, with some taking over a month. They frequently have sales and launch new products that either sell out or are on a pre-order basis, causing further delays. The only explanation I receive is about shipping issues, which isn't acceptable. Customers should come first, and it would be great if they could consider alternatives like air freight. Additionally, there's no phone support; communication is only through email or live chat, which is often unhelpful as they promise to follow up but take ages to respond. I won't be ordering again until this is resolved.
