I love all the beautiful colors. I also like the fact that Sistaco products help my nails to grow into healthy nails. The only downside is the cost of products but I do understand that to make good product you have to spend good money. Just wish there were more sales or something
I love Sistaco products. I akways used to admire other peoples pretty nails but never wanted to use false nails myself. I had way too many nail polishes but the nail polish never lasted long at all and chipped so quickly. Then I discovered Sistaco products on Facebook and thought “I need to try that!” This was almost 3 years ago. From my very first purchase and application I was hooked! I immediately got rid of all my nail polishes and began growing my Sistaco powder collection! Amazing colours constantly growing, so easy to apply and long lasting! However I can’t manage to keep a colour on for longer than two weeks as the colours are so awesome that I want to change them. I love the sparkles and the holograms. I now have almost 80 different colours and still growing. I am truly addicted. My husband knows me well enough to say: “Are there any new colours you need 😜 My news 5 colours arrive this week and I am currently enjoying one of my newest colours Skyrose which is absolutely amazing!

Sistaco products are of outstanding quality. They're easy to use, have no chemical smell, and are mineral based - which is of vital importance to me for many reasons, especially as I have a lot of allergies.

There's also a fantastic community facebook group from "Sista's" all around the world where you can see other people's creativity, ask questions, give help to others etc. It's a bit like being part of a fun creative worldwide family.
I have been using Sistaco for about 8 months now. They have great customer service. It is quick and helpful. The product is better than I expected (after trying others). I am able to have beautiful nails whenever I want! I also bought the advent calendar. As a newbie to the company I was given a chance to try new things without purchasing them all individually. The best thing about Sistaco is how much they listen to their customers on the Sistaco Collective Facebook page. They have created an extremely positive environment where people from all over the world share pictures of their nails and artwork. Sistaco will ask us what we would like to see next (products wise) and will do it. I have never experienced a company that truly takes feedback to heart like that. They have done mixing challenges where people design colors mixing their shades and then proceeded to make the most popular shades a color available for purchase. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and how much it's done for me. Whenever I'm stressed I sit down and do my nails and it calms me down. It has become something I truly look forward to.

I've been purchasing from this company for a year, and initially, I was impressed. However, now they struggle to fulfill orders in a timely manner, with some taking over a month. They frequently have sales and launch new products that either sell out or are on a pre-order basis, causing further delays. The only explanation I receive is about shipping issues, which isn't acceptable. Customers should come first, and it would be great if they could consider alternatives like air freight. Additionally, there's no phone support; communication is only through email or live chat, which is often unhelpful as they promise to follow up but take ages to respond. I won't be ordering again until this is resolved.
