Such a great service! But back to the beginning, I ordered masks, and they have been fairly priced. They shipped them right away and the order arrived quickly. Everything was correct but I oversaw a content in the box so I thought they send me the wrong mask (which again they didn't) the website had a snafu and I wrote an email. Within minutes I got a call telling me that I get something to make it correct. And they send that right away. Getting back into the box I noticed it was a starter pack with different masks and the one inordeeed have been included. I send them another email explaining that this was my fault and the only responded that they have been happy to support!Wow it 10Out of 10 Can't do that so it's 5
Great price... way below all the others I compared. Quick shipping (although UPS left it on my neighbors doorstep...might ship directly to a UPS store for high dollar items in the future). After I ordered, I sent a copy of my script and had a reply in about 15 minutes... on a Sunday night!
There was a different price for the equipment than the price showing in my cart. The customer service representative quickly corrected and matched what the website page showed (I had a screenshot of the lower price). The honestly was truly appreciated and I will order from this company again.
