Paid $19.99 for inflight wifi from DXB-ORD. The service is non existent. On this 15 hour flight, I was able to use the internet for like 10 mins . Email, websites, youtube all won't load and open and super slow. I contacted the company via email 2 times with screenshots and never got any reply. Don't waste your money and dispute the charge with your card issuer
